I want my art to tell a story and speak to the viewer. I'm passionate about feminism, science, the environment and yep you guessed it, ALIENS, OUTER SPACE AND EVERYTHING UNKNOWN!
I was studying in University and I got a tablet to take notes on. I installed some drawing apps for fun and started drawing myself. Soon, creating digital art became one of my favorite pastimes.
To create all of the art on my Instagram and clothing I use an iPad Pro & Apple Pencil with the app Procreate. I animate in Photoshop and After Effects.
Growing up, 'banger' was slang for a hot track of music, or great party etc. which was my inspiration.
I think the best part about regularly using aliens in my art is that anyone can relate to them - regardless of their race, gender or body type.
As a designer, this brand is about in-your-face fashion that makes people stop and stare. It's all about expressing your weird and doing what MAKES YOU HAPPY!!
I think regular/store bought fashion is wayyyyy lame and it's usually censored. I want to bring a fresh perspective of profanity and cute positivity into style. Long term, my goal is to have an environmentally neutral impact and use biodegradable packaging.
